Welcome to FBC's new College and Career Ministry! If you are a recent high school graduate, a college student, or a "twenty-something" young adult, this group is for you. Our goal is to provide opportunities for fellowship, spiritual growth, service, and evangelism to young adults at FBC. Our regular Bible study meets most Sunday evenings at 7: 30pm at the home of Don and Manda Iverson. We will also be planning seasonal outings based on the interests and availability of the group. College students who are away during the school year are invited to participate in summer and vacation activities, as well as to keep in touch through email and FBC's Church Community Builder (CCB) internet bulletin board. Please join our CCB group to stay updated on announcements and activities, as well as to participate in "virtual" fellowship with other group members. If you do not have a login to CCB, you can request one here. The College and Career Ministry is led by Don and Manda Iverson, who have been married since 2004 and have three young children. Don is responsible for teaching Bible studies and making things fun, while Manda keeps everything organized. We both love working with younger people and inspiring others to be all that they can be for God, and we are excited about this opportunity to minister to young adults as they make important decisions and set the course for their lives. We pray that this ministry will encourage young adults to grow in grace and knowledge of God as they deepen their relationships with fellow believers, and we hope that you will pray, too!
