I had two spots with cryosurgery--yes cosmetic. Was charged $275. Was never charged for cryo work in the past when I requested it. They advised me and I accepted paying but was this a change ?

Arrived 5 minutes late for an appointment due to construction and faulty GPS after driving from 50 minutes away. 5 minutes late and Doctor had already gone home. Not even an apology from office...
