The blood draw was wonderful and painless. BUT they lost my blood. It never got read and they have no record of taking the sample.

Zero stars would be preferred. The only woman (apparently) who works there is incompetent and has no bedside manner. We went in at 10am and informed her our son had never had his blood drawn so...
