You cannot call and speak to a person under any circumstances. You have only an automated menu to deal with and if the information you require isn't there you're screwed.

Run from this place as fast as you can. 2 years ago they got my results mixed up with someone else's. My Dr. was horrified. Today they didn't open and left several people waiting out in the cold...
