The company provides a one-stop-shop for the world's newspapers, magazines and journals; consolidated invoicing, on paper or electronically with Excel, EDI, cXML and SAP; e-procurement compatibility; total subscription control. Prenax provides a variety of personal services and web-based tools. All Prenax clients can access Prenax Online and search among thousands of newspapers, magazines and journals from throughout the world. Prenax Online provides a variety of services to clients, including allowing them to place orders, temporarily pause newspapers and register changes of address. Built into Prenax Online is the ability to handle centralized management, decentralized management or both options. In order to curb maverick spending, Prenax Online has two approval layers layer built in, at no additional cost. Prenax was founded in Sweden in 1993. Its parent company, Prenax Global AB, has wholly owned subsidiaries in Sweden, the United Kingdom, France and the United States.
