Located in Loudon, N.H., Northern Design Precast Inc. specializes in the construction and restoration solutions and provides various architectural products to its customers. The company provides a wide array of products that include caps, sills, lintels, coping, keystones, watertable, signage with lettering, decorative sculptures, planters, granite, limestone and brownstone. Some of the projects it has worked on include Dartmouth College, Tuck School Business, Fryeburg Academy Performing Arts Center, Mt. Holyoke College, South Hadley, etc. It has received 2010 Excellence in Design and Manufacturing by Architectural Precast Association (APA).

A. J. Foss is a family run business that has been in the precast industry for over 50 years. We have gone from delivering two tanks a day to having six trucks used for delivering. We now carry pretty much anything you need that is precast. From electrical vaults to landscaping blocks, you will find it here. Our main business is still septic tanks and dealing one on one with our customers. Many of our current customers have been with us for decades. We believe that is because we offer a great product at a competitive price, along with a speedy delivery. Currently we are able to deliver an order the same day or by the next day. You just might have the owner being the one to bring your order to you. A.J. Foss offers revolving accounts, but we consider it a privilege that is earned. We want to get to know you before we extend credit. Accounts are usually not approved if you do not do more than 10 transactions a year. We save it for our loyal customers. Terms are to be paid by the 15th of the following month.
