These guys went to my 85 year old aunts house to change a water filter, that's it. guy says it looks bad, could be over 500 bucks, then amazingly does her a "favor" and gets the massive job done...

Kinda bozos here - put a temperature limiting valve between the new hot water heater and the new furnace and now hot water is lucky to reach 100 degrees in upstairs shower at the max of the mixing...
