Welcome to the North Country Angler, "The Biggest Little Fly Shop in New Hampshire". We are located in North Conway, New Hampshire, in the shadow of Mount Washington. The Saco and Ellis Rivers, two of the best fly fishing rivers in the east, are a short cast from our door step. The North Country Angler has been in the "Valley" for over thirty years. We are a full service fly shop offering quality fly fishing gear and guiding. In addition to being a licensed Orvis dealer we stock a large selection of other quality name brands. We are authorized dealers for Scott, Great Bay, Diamondback, St. Croix and Temple Fork Outfitters rods and reels. We are proud to sell Ross and Ross Worldwide reels and accessories. We stock Air Flow, Cortland, Scientific Anglers and Wulff fly lines. Other well known brands include: Fishpond, William Joseph, Frog Hair, One-pfoot, Chota waders and boots, Korkers wading boots and shoes, Loon and Rising. With over 700 patterns we have one of the largest selections of flies in New Hampshire. Our fly tying selection is the best in the North Country. Dyna-King, HMH, Renseti, Regal, Dr. Slick vices and tools, Wapsi, Spirit River, Hairline and Whitting to name only a few of the brands we carry. Of course, we're a full line Orvis dealer as well. Anytime we have to drop ship an item from Orvis to you, we'll pick up the freight. Please do not hesitate to call us for up to the minute fishing information.
