We've been going to The Grand for a while now. Great lobby with a bar, couches, restaurant and TV's. We were here for the Super Bowl and there was plenty of room to relax. The restaurant is back...

We stayed specifically for the indoor and heated outdoor pools/hot tubs, I think there was only 1 day where they were all working and they all seemed horribly dirty. Also, the rooms could use...

I don't recommend staying at this hotel. The pictures online are deceiving! I just had a one night stay here, hallways were dirty, room was sparse and also dirty, falling apart and smelled odd...

most of the arcade games dont work, overcrowded pool, rooms are very run down. Took 45 minutes for a travel toothbrush to be brought to the room. Restaurant was very low quality.

There was good and not so good parts so I'm on the fence to recommend a stay here. N. Conway is a fun place to stay with a good amount to do. The best part was the good location and reasonable...
