Land Technical Service Corp. ("Land Tech") is a Surveying, Engineering, and Site Design Company located in Ossipee, New Hampshire. Prior to incorporation in December of 1997, the company was in operation for many years as a Sole Proprietorship. A tradition of serving the community, of being a good neighbor, and a trusted financial advisor, we have been a financially strong, well capitalized, and prudently managed bank since 1964. With more than $311 million in assets, we are progressively focused with roots anchored in tradition.

Norway Plains Associates, Inc., is a multi-disciplined land surveying and civil engineering firm located in Rochester and Alton, New Hampshire. Since 1986 we have served a variety of clients ranging from the homeowner to the large industrial and commercial developer.
