New Hampshire Community Loan Fund

Founded in 1983, the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund is a private nonprofit organization that provides loans, capital and technical assistance services. It has loaned more than $100 million to residents in manufactured housing parks, small-business owners and micro-entrepreneurs, nonprofit housing developers, individuals with disabilities, childcare centers and other critical nonprofit facilities. The organization is one of the Community Development Financial Institutions that serves the state of New Hampshire. The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund operates Child Care Facilities, Manufactured Housing Park, Community Housing and Home of Your Own programs. It has received the Excellence in Financial Performance Award from the National Community Capital Association. The New Hampshire Community Loan Fund is located in Concord, N.H.
