Avenues Recovery Center at New England is a community-based drug and alcohol rehab and extended care facility located in Concord, New Hampshire. The Avenues approach is multifaceted – it incorporates an exceptional, evidence-based clinical curriculum, targeted, individualized care, and personalized MAT regimens for painless detox and maintenance. Combined with a multidisciplinary team of licensed addiction treatment professionals and a warm recovery community, our programs restore life to countless individuals. We founded Groups Recover Together to make treatment for opioid addiction respectful, accessible, and affordable. Our members regain control of their lives through a proven, evidence-based model of medications for addiction treatment (MAT) with buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone) and weekly meetings led by a licensed counselor. We don't have a wait list, and our outpatient model fits into your schedule so you can keep working and living your life. Groups gets you the Suboxone you need to stop feeling sick, and a community that fights for you to succeed. Insurance and Medicaid accepted. We also offer a discounted self-pay rate.
