HistoryThe head instructor is Vincent Anfuso. Mr. Anfuso began training in martial arts back in 1982; he received his black belt from Edmund K.Parker in 1990 under the tutelage of Steve White. Grandmaster Pick is Mr.Anfuso's Master. Michael Robert Pick Sr. is a 10th Degree Grandmaster of American Kenpo. He has over 50 years of experience and is the founder of the Universal Kenpo Federation. Mr.Pick is a first generation student, personal bodyguard, and life-long friend of Senior Grandmaster Edmund K. Parker, founder of American Kenpo. He is a former United States Marine and Vietnam Veteran. While serving as a combat Marine in Vietnam, Mr.Pick was forced to put his Kenpo skills to the test. He has turned these battle proven skills into a combatative system founded upon universal laws and principles which are now taught through the Universal Kenpo Federation Schools.SpecialtiesThe Universal Kenpo Federation is dedicated to the perpetuation of American Kenpo.
