Customer service was the worst customer service I have ever seen. We went into the store to add a new line to the plan. While there the person who helped us add the line did not do it correctly...

Sitting here at 10:07 am these people think to open their store ?? Nope. There is now a line out the store on the side walk. I get that there is an employee shortage every where but come on.......

Always have great customer service at Manchester location on valley Street. Highly recommend
