I have been a Merrimack County account holder for over a decade now and I can confidently say without question this bank is hands down the worst, most inconvenient bank I have EVER encountered....

Terrible customer service in Hopkinton. Customer satisfaction is not a priority for this bank nor is the overall value of a baking relationship with customers. I would avoid MCSB
