Looking for a basic campground this is the place. Very remote,clean & reasonable. Owners are very friendly. We have made it are spot every year.

The Meadow Lark Motor Court is situated among pine trees on the bank of the beautiful Pemigewasset River in the quite town of North Woodstock, NH. Our motel and cabins are centrally located in the heart of the White Mountains. During your stay you can swim, tube, fish, picnic, and just take in the wonderful scenery. We have horseshoe, badmitten, swings, volleyball, & outdoor grills available at no cost. Come to relax and escape!

I can see some the ratings on this place are a bit harsh. This isn't the Omni, it is what it is... A simple, comfortable, no frills, old school New Hampshire cottage experience. Perfect location...

Pros: Price is reasonable. Owners are friendly. Calming sound of the river out back. Cons: Renovations are needed in the motel section. Children will be your early morning wake up call.
