I love macys. I like their home section and their clothes. I shop there a lot. Their credit card interest is ridiculous so I don't ever carry a balance. But I love their stores.

They have very poor customer service in the Jewlery department. They also have one person covering the entire department

Some ten+ years ago, I closed my Macy's credit card account because I never got a billing statement for a $50 balance by email or by paper snail mail. It apparently slipped my mind while waiting...
