After 30 minutes waiting on the phone, listening to the same loop of messages over and over the call was abruptly disconnected and I didn't speak to anyone. It kept directing you to the website....

If you need O2 delivered to the home this is their primary business. DO NOT use them for CPAP supplies. Very incompetent service!
