I just came for drinks and pool. The equipment was in good condition. It was quiet without music. The bathrooms were clean. A server walked by regularly for orders.

Great place for pool & darts in the middle of Portsmouth. College bar feel. You have to wait for a pool table, so make sure you get on the waiting list.
