Lamprey Health Care - Nashua Center

History

In 1971 the Newmarket Regional Health Center opened in Newmarket, NH. To meet the medical needs of the Raymond area, in 1986 the Lamprey River Clinic was opened. In 1985, the name of the two centers changed to Lamprey Health Care. In 2000 Lamprey Health Care began serving patients in the City of Nashua. In 2013 the Lamprey Health Care's three centers received Recognition as Level III Patient Centered Medical Homes through the National Committee for Quality Assurance. This means that our centers provide primary, preventive, and chronic condition care that is personalized for each patient based on their individual needs and priorities. Our caring team of over 130 staff includes Board-Certified Family Physicians, OB/GYN, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Registered Nurses and Medical Assistants, as well as specialists in Pediatrics, Women's Health,Midwifery, Social Work, Oral Health, and Nutrition. Our comprehensive services are provided on-site, so that all of our patients' health needs are met in one convenient location.
