About Lamb's Ear YarnsLocated in Gilford, New Hampshire near Lily Pond and the Laconia Airport, Lamb's Ear Yarns has been at the Pepi Herrmann Crystal location since spring of 2006. Owner, Sue Greene learned to knit at the age of 4 and has been knitting ever since. The shop offers a wide range of yarns and colors with many simple and easy to understand patterns so you won't get discouraged when you begin to learn to knit. Knitting is a wonderful past time. You can take your knitting project with you anywhere and it's very relaxing! The yarns offered have a distinctive New England focus. The Harrisville yarn is spun in Harrisville, New Hampshire, the Green Mountain Mohair and other Green Mountain yarns are spun in Putney, Vermont, and the Cherry Tree Hill yarn comes from Barton, Vermont. I also offer a variety of some of the finest yarn from across the U.S. and Canada.

Wonderful shop! This store stocks a lot of yarns spun in the New England area as well as across the USA. I picked up some lovely wool, which I turned into a winter hat. I will be coming back.
