Lakes Region Visiting Nurse Association

Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice is a non-profit home health care agency located in New London, New Hampshire serving individuals of all ages in 29 towns in Sullivan, lower Grafton and western Merrimack counties. Our mission is to help people stay safe and independent at home through nursing, therapy, hospice and private care services. A variety of community-based programs including memory respite care, support groups, clinics and health education are also available.

The Franklin Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice provides home health and hospice care services for individuals with various illnesses and disabilities. It is an independent nonprofit organization that offers a variety of educational and public health services. The association offers skilled nursing, disease case management and supportive services. The Franklin Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice also provides a range of homemaking services that includes laundry assistance, light meal preparation, grocery shopping and letter writing. The association additionally maintains a staff of medical social workers that offers patient education and counseling services, as well as advises family on patient care.
