The choice to pursue gynecologic oncology has been driven by my professional passion to provide excellent, evidence-based and compassionate patient care. I strive to be a kind, reliable and positive member of our gynecological oncology team in order to best meet the needs of our community. The nature of gynecological oncology care is rewarding in that I’m able to embrace the aspect of continuity of care with each and every patient, forming and building the relationship between physician and patient, gaining their trust and guiding them from diagnosis, through treatment, and onward through their medical journey.

It’s important that my patients feel supported throughout their diagnosis and treatment. Receiving stressful news isn’t easy, so I want them to find comfort in my insight and guidance toward the right treatment path. Clear communication is a critical part of my process. In my care, both patients and loved ones are well informed. By answering their questions thoroughly in uncomplicated terms, I ensure everyone understands the diagnosis. I am just a phone call away. I follow up on results in a timely fashion. Patients are always able to contact me after an appointment with their questions or concerns.
