Midweek stay, not in season. Totally overpriced for what it is. Zero soundproofing to building, lackadaisical staff, and basically stodgy carbs and inedible fruit offered for the free breakfast....

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was courteous. Complimentary breakfast did the trick. Location convenient to downtown businesses and UNH campus.
