Health First Family Care Center

The Health First Family Care Center provides a range of primary and prenatal care services. The center offers breast and cervical cancer screening solutions for women above the age of 18. It also provides smoking cessation and nutrition counseling solutions. The Health First Family Care Center offers social and supportive counseling services for patients who suffer from depression, grief, abuse and adjustment. The center provides dental screening and education services through an outreach program for the students of local schools in grades one and three. It provides prescription medication assistance through the NH State Department of Health and Human Services for individuals above the age of 65.
