Had to cancel reservation due to last minute flight cancellation . Would not refund or offer another date stay voucher. Matter of fact the manager would not take my calls or return my calls ....

John at the desk is extremely rude and creepy. Mattress pad was dirty. Some of the toiletries expired I'm 2020. Towels were like sandpaper. Pool was murky. Parking was awful. Elevator was rickety.
