Our family-run restaurant has been in business for over 30 years, beginning in Lynn in 1976. Many people often ask where the name Giovanni's originated, and comically, the family's brother named the store after his son John, but preferred the Italian Giovanni. Danvers has moved to a new location, 62 Maple Street. Everything is made fresh each morning, using nothing but the finest and freshest ingredients. About the Owners Steve and Katerina opened Danvers originally in 1995, on Elm Street. The family ran it for a very long time, and entrusted it over the years to managers, while always demanding the utmost quality and customer service. Recently, Steve and Katerina moved the location to 62 Maple Street. Although there has been some confusion as to who the original owners are, it can be assured that 62 Maple Street is being run by the original owners of "Giovanni's." Although there may be a new location and an updated appearance, the quality and service will be nothing short of impecable.
