Only reason I used them was because of the body shop. I was hit by another driver. Enterprise could not get paid by GEICO so they charged my "incidentals" card. Wasn't even my insurance company....

They say "Family business"....This is the most "corporate" company I have seen. It is impossible to ever get in touch with anyone and there is nothing polite about anyone you deal with.
