It's not bad if it's not during a prime time and a manager is present. Otherwise..the service is slow, employees get served before customers, and customers get their drinks out of order.

I finally found the worse Dunkin Donuts in America. Donuts were not fresh the help is clueless. More important to speak with off duty employee than to get my coffee. I stood there 7 minutes...
