Every..single..day.. they interrupt us when we are ordering to repeat the order, they are actually suppose to wait till we are FINISHED ordering to read our stuff back to us and it sets us back...

I went in to get my coffee after a 20 hr shift the guy that took my order was very rude to start then proceeded to slam my coffee down on the counter and threw my doughnut on the counter very bad...

What's going on with DD's in Belmont? The coffee used to be consistently great. Now it's always burnt. Poor training? New management??

Ordered two drinks got to the window was told they were out of one of the drinks I ordered. Ask the kid if they had the other drink she said yes. I said ok then refund me for the drink you cant...

I'm so angry, the lady at the drive through basically threw the coffee into my hands resulting it to spill all over my steering wheel making all my buttons sticky and my pants soaked.
