The music was so loud the cashier could not hear us to take the order. We could not hear what she was saying to us. Then when we mentioned the music was too loud they said the manager is not there...

Just brutal. 20 min. wait times while employees are outside smoking have been the norm my last three visits. Seems like more of a staffing numbers issue than an issue with the people working...

The donuts that were picked up at Enfield Dunkin Donuts were stale and hard. Never buy donuts here ever again.

I always get the empanada and usually they are cold in the middle but I'm not the type of person to tell the workers that the food is cold.
