We are a 501c7 non-profit organization. Members have 24/7 access to the gym. We offer contract-free memberships and day passes and have fitness classes and personal trainers available for booking. Our mission is to create a fitness culture and year-round active lifestyles for everyone in our community, regardless of age, gender, race, or fitness level. We will accomplish this through a non-profit organization that will work with other agencies to become part of the social fabric of the Mount Washington Valley and Western Maine. Our facility includes cardiovascular and functional training, Nautilus, free weight equipment, and areas for all ages and fitness levels. We offer Personal Training Services and instructor-led group classes.

This great gym lots of equipment and classes as well. Great monthly rate very nice staff and it is a community gym which i love.

It's hard to find a gym in Carroll County, but this is a gem! Staff is very helpful and plenty of equipment and space to get a workout in. Day passes are reasonable if you're not a local, WiFi...
