Established in 1897, Visiting Nurse Association of Manchester & Southern New Hampshire is a nonprofit charitable organization that provides home health and hospice services. It offers home care services to help patients recover from surgery, physical disabilities, and short-term, chronic and life-limiting illnesses. The organization provides various community programs, including child care, parent education, and bereavement support and counseling. The organization also offers home care, homemaker, child health, hospice, personal and long-term care management services. It additionally operates the Visiting Nurse Association of Southern New Hampshire Foundation, which raises money for home health, hospice and community service programs. Visiting Nurse Association of Manchester & Southern New Hampshire is affiliated with the Visiting Nurse Association of America and the National Association for Home Care. It is located in Manchester, N.H.
