Run don't walk. Hidden and disclosed exorbitant fees, poor service, rude personnel. The local higher rated banks are higher rated for good reason.

Unable to cash a check for $200? They could deposit it, but not cash it? From my citizen's bank account? Which has a balance over $5000?

They have a sign requiring customers to wear masks, but the employees don't wear masks, and behind the counter they stand around chatting among themselves (again, mask-less). Not safe for ANYONE....
