Cheese Louise is a student-owned and operated food truck bringing grilled cheese and smiles to the MWV and beyond! We open in the summer of 2018 and have spent the last two summer perfecting the art of the grilled cheese sandwich! We now have two mobile food trucks as well as a newly opened storefront. One of our trucks is in the Noth Conway area 7 days a week and our storefront is open Thursday-Sunday on the Kancamagus Highway just 1/4 mile from Rt 16 in Conway Village. Have an event or function coming up? We use our second truck for private catering events and festivals around New England!
