My goals are to be in partnership with my patients, to treat them holistically, and to provide them with education and empowerment over their health care choices. I value building relationships with my patients throughout their lifespan. I believe that the health of the family affects the health of the individual and vice versa. I listen carefully to my patients and their families to understand what health and wellness mean to them. By developing a trusting relationship with the patient and their family, we can create a health care plan that addresses their goals, promotes health and prevents illness.

My goal is to provide care to children, adults and their families that takes into account the whole person and helps to prevent as well as treat illness. Whether we meet frequently or on a yearly basis, I truly value the trusting relationship that we create. I strive to meet your health care needs, and hope that by doing so, your overall health and well being improves.

I enjoy working in family medicine because of my interests in culture and community. I grew up in New Hampshire, and I feel honored to work with this community of people. I believe patients should feel respected, understood, and empowered by the care they receive. Addressing my patients’ concerns in a way that speaks to their values is one of my core nursing philosophies. I foster compassionate and welcoming energy in patient-provider relationships.
