If 0 stars was an option I'd pick 0. I scheduled a dumpster for Monday morning and specifically asked if it was a guarantee. I was told repeatedly that I would have a 30 yrd dumpster on Monday...

Scheduled delivery today for a dumpster with Casella today, 5/10, and was charged $947 earlier this week, only to be told after 3 PM (I had confirmed that we were on the schedule at lunchtime)...
