Black Bear Lodge is located in Waterville Valley, N.H. Black Bear Lodge is an all-suite hotel with 107 units that can accommodate as many as six people in two rooms. Whole reason we chose this more expensive place was for the hot tub. Hot tub is out of service. How long does it take to repair? Not even an apology from front desk. Never staying here again.
