Customer service was ok but was hassled about the quote I received. I was harassed regarding the quote. Please steer clear of this business . As you can see the low reviews should tell you as well.

Purchased a pool. Communication disaster, aloof attitude. Really an operational embarrassment throughout the entire process. Luckily, I was able to find local people to help me out with my pool.

Very poor customer service. Went in to look for patio furniture and the attitude is very aloof and they act like they don't need your business. Very disappointing. There are way better places to go.

Had a scheduled pool closing the 3rd week of October. No show no call..so I called the 4th week. The owner himself said will be there Thursday or Friday. Fine..ok. Then can't make it AGAIN so says...
