As a patient at BelAir I was treated with no respect from the nurses. Decisions were made without telling me or my family. Every shift had different rules on how to treat me. I will never go back...

Few issues were addressed and staff decisions were made WITHOUT consulting family members first. Poorly trained and very young and inexperienced "assistants" with little tolerance for the elderly.
