Enjoyed the tour of the factory. All the staff were super friendly. Had an opportunity to buy seconds of many of their products had a discounted rate. Beautiful gardens outside to explore.

The only "complaint" I have about their cocoa butter lip balms is they always make me hungry! I had to switch back to a less aromatic brand because I couldn't handle the perpetual chocolate smell....
