About Aspen Insurance Agency Aspen Insurance was founded in 2001 by William WillInfantine and Elaine Haskell. Having spent their entire careers in the insurance industry, the founders offer a wealth of experience to their clients. A Manchester, NH based insurance agency, Aspen has seen rapid growth through reputation and the purchase of the Grenier Agency and Northwest Insurance Agency. Aspen's six person staff has over 70 years in combined experience and all employees are licensed with the State of New Hampshire. Will serves on the Labor and Industrial Committee and deals with legislation dealing with Labor and Employment Securities law. His relationships with Commissioners of key State Departments and his knowledge of upcoming law changes is a valuable tool for Aspen Clients. Will is also an active member of many trade associations including the Associated Builders and Contractors, Associated General Contractor's, The New Hampshire Home Builders and the Electrical Contractors Business Association. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the ABC and Home Builders for much of the past 10 years. Aspen trees are not only found in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. They are also indigenous to New England where are commonly known as Poplar Trees. Aspen/ Poplar trees are known to be fast growing trees whose leaves fold neatly into one another and blow in unison in the wind.
