I went to American Eagle on Sunday looking for shorts. I had no idea what my new size was because I lost a decent amount of weight since last summer. An employee, Travis, was a great help to me....

What an easy exchange process. Bought my boyfriend jeans, and they fit perfectly - until he washed them. They shrank (which is pretty unusual for AE jeans), so I brought them back to the store...

Had a horrible experience at this store. They mostly stock JUST skinny style of jeans, which is fine if everyone wore that style. And about 95% of tge stock they carry is sized 0-3! Because...
