At South Royalton Health Center, we offer a full range of pediatric care including prenatal visits for expecting parents, well–child check–ups, immunizations, sick appointments, mental health and women's health care. Our caring team is committed to providing quality service in a comfortable, safe office setting where children and parents can feel at ease. We also set aside time to equip parents with the tools and resources necessary for the development of healthy children from birth to adolescence. We have a dedicated nurse care manager to help patients and families with special health care needs in cooridanting their specialty care and community resources to achieve the best quality of life possible.

We founded Groups Recover Together to make treatment for opioid addiction respectful, accessible, and affordable. Our members regain control of their lives through a proven, evidence-based model of medications for addiction treatment (MAT) with buprenorphine/naloxone (Suboxone) and weekly meetings led by a licensed counselor. We don't have a wait list, and our outpatient model fits into your schedule so you can keep working and living your life. Groups gets you the Suboxone you need to stop feeling sick, and a community that fights for you to succeed. Insurance and Medicaid accepted. We also offer a discounted self-pay rate.

West Central Behavioral Health is a nonprofit, community-based, mental health organization serving the needs of individuals and families in New Hampshire's Grafton and Sullivan counties. The center offers a wide range of specialized services for individuals who face emotional, behavioral and addictive disorders. It provides individualized services as per patient s treatment requirements. West Central Behavioral Health also provides a variety of other services, including outpatient, emergency, case management, residential and continuing care services. The center, in partnership with Dartmouth-Hitchcock, offers several hospital-based services. West Central Behavioral Health performs research and training related to behavioral health. It also conducts various community health education events.
