I would have given this place a zero, but the counselor was good, they have a policy to cancel 24 hours ahead of time, I had an emergent issue come up( as that is why it's called an emergency)...

My therapist was very compassionate, and I certainly needed that during the worst time of my life. But Zerva is simply not equipped to help people in crisis. Horrible experience.
