Oyster shells and skewers are reused. This is unhygienic. And I have a reservation but restaurant door is closed and no one is at the front desk. Why is nobody at the register desk?

If you go to Las Vegas, you should eat sushi at Yuiedomaesusi. It's so delicious that I can confidently recommend it as a Japanese person
