Me and my kids got called b*tches by pool staff for attending the pool at 8pm on a Friday. Room wasnt kept in good condition there was mice. Absolutely disgusting.

Generally good service. Location is best. Building needs upgrades, but not at the cost of increasing my maintenance fees, pls. Other guests above were much too noisy. Parking is their biggest...

Great experience here. Couldn't see much of the resort when we came years back since it was covered in snow but it was still enjoyable.
