It is surprising how many new customers come to White Glove having had house cleaners in the past but who were dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and quality of work. Every customer who came to White Glove, having had previous disappointing service, has remained with the company to this day. Though the fledgling company did only minimal initial marketing, White Glove took off and today the company continues to advertise very little as most new customers came from referrals.
