History

Located in the newly remodeled Plaza Hotel, Pop up Pizza is a refreshing addition to Downtown Las Vegas. Pop Up Pizza has the usual white tile behind the counter with a few tables and chairs for intimate, cozy dining but is marked by distinctive, modern decor. On the wall are three colorful pieces of art, and near the entrance stands a striking life-size horse lamp created by Dutch design team Moooi. In it's simple setting, the food speaks for itself. Fresh ingredients, homemade tomato sauce, and perfectly baked crust make the pizza worth every bite. Not to mention it is one of the only pizzerias that offers vegan pizza in Las Vegas!
