People are always going to complain when it come to benefits..... But, this place in Vegas does such a good job on try hard to be fare on such a complicated topic. They try the very best they can.

This is an averaged review. good marks for the VBA trying to change to decrease the claims wait, but that was only after congressional pressure- the Phoenix debacle brought it into the press....
